Wonderful stay with fantastic amenities

boat service beach access dinner reservation

The hotel provides a complimentary boat service. It operates every half hour to St Mark's Square which makes access convenient. The hotel sits directly on the beach. It allows guests to combine relaxation with cultural excursions . I also appreciated that staff helped with dinner reservations.

I found the wifi in the bedrooms was unfortunately unreliable. This was quite inconvenient.

The staff showed amazing friendliness and a helpful attitude, from check-in to check-out, and concierge provides support. They arranged bookings for dinner. Sara and Donatello provided attentive service at breakfast. Roberta provides tours and i appreciated her insights about the hotel.

The refurbished room was very spacious. It featured lovely décor, a generously sized bathroom, and shower equipment. It also contained a coffee machine and complimentary snacks. Cleanliness was maintained daily in the room, and this ensured a comfortable environment.

boat shuttle easy access breakfast pastries

the complimentary boat shuttle provided easy access to venice. this shuttle reminded me of having a private water taxi. breakfast included plentiful pastries fruit cheeses and mimosas. the bar featured skilled bartenders and excellent cocktails.

the hotel requires reservations to enter the downstairs restaurant during lunch even when half empty.

frequent shuttle spacious pool area fresh pastries

The complimentary boat shuttle was fantastic (it made getting to venice so easy!). it ran frequently. the pool area was spacious with many sunbeds. the breakfast buffet had plentiful options. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit.

the elevators sometimes had a bit of a wait.

I appreciated the hotel's location with its proximity to both Venice and the sea. The private beach was a great amenity to have. The shuttle service to San Marco was very convenient and ran frequently.

noisy air conditioning unhelpful staff

my room, a classic double or twin room, faced an interior courtyard. i was expecting a view. also, the air conditioning made a loud noise all night. this really disrupted my sleep. the staff didn't seem too interested in helping me with it or offering another room, and it really soured my mood.
